The new World Cuisine Group is up and running! The group had their inaugural meeting at the Horse and Plough, Bingham on 8th October, sampling the delights of Chef Dav Nezhat's (Don Francisco) Spanish menu. Members enjoyed tapas, meze, and large-pan paella. By all accounts the evening was a huge success and the food was delicious! Future events are being researched as we speak for Himalaya - South Nepalese cuisine and Castelano - Hand made pasta from Emilia-Romagna, Toscana, Umbria and Marche regions.
