Luca and Franco, the proprietors of Castellano, will be personally creating a selection of delicious sharing plates of dishes typical of the four Italian regions of Emilia-Romagna, Toscana, Umbria and Marche regions. The restaurant is so named because Luca and Franco come from Citta del Castello, not far from Perugia, where their Mamma still lives and rules. There is an historic castle, many local customs, a distinctive culture, centuries of history going back way before Romulus and Remus. Luca and Mario don't work to a script - they're an entertainment in themselves!
